SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides crisis and need assistance for families and individuals with rent or utility bill. Financial assistance is available to each household once a year with maximum of three times per lifetime.
SERVICE HOURS:Monday Only, starting at 8am until 8th caller is reached

ELIGIBILITY:Must provide photo ID/driver's license, proof of income, proof of residence and past due rent notice along with a copy of a current lease OR a utility bill with a past due or cut-off notice - services must still be on.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Must have a current lease agreement, proof of income and valid personal identification.
